I’m not good enough.?” These sound harsh but may also sound familiar because these are all phrases that run through many people’s thoughts. This is the voice of your self-doubt, your Inner Critic. In this workshop, you will identify and characterize your Inner Critic plus learn tools and tips to quiet your Inner Critic when they’re too loud and getting in your way. This interactive workshop will include discussion, yoga asana, mediation, and journaling. This is based on Tara Mohr’s “Playing Big” work.
