About this Event
This quiet writing group is open to all graduate students at UT, but is specifically focused for those at the project stage of their graduate studies (i.e., dissertation/ thesis, job market preparation, etc.).
This group is not feedback-based, rather, it is a space to build community and accountability among multilingual grad writers. In the first session we will go over the expectations for the group, set short-term goals for the session, and long-term goals for the duration of the writing group.
Members will meet for 11 weeks, beginning Monday, February 3rd and ending Monday, April 21st. (The group will not meet on 3/17 due to Spring Break). This writing group will meet in-person in the Perry-Castañeda Library, room 4.102.
Please note: This group requires punctual attendance at meetings for the majority of the 11 weeks. By registering for this group, you agree to attend the entire semester. Please notify your writing group leader of any absences that may arise.
