Quiet Day Retreat at Lebanon FUMCFriday, February 27, 10AM – 2PM

Lent is a 40-day journey in the Christian tradition that invites us to pause, pay attention, and make room for God as we move toward Easter. This season offers a fitting time for a Quiet Day Retreat, a gentle opportunity to step away from urgency and practice presence in community.
The retreat will include open time for quiet personal reflection, guided meditation, prayer stations, access to the church’s prayer garden, and an optional restful yoga session. A light lunch will be provided, and no prior yoga or retreat experience is needed.
This retreat is open to church and community members, Cumberland University faculty/staff, and CU Wesley students. All are welcome to move at their own pace and choose from a variety of reflective practices, such as journaling, walking, creating, resting, or praying.
