In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn the foundational skills needed to knit a seamless, top-down raglan pullover using the Frid Sweater pattern by Tara-Lynn Morrison. You’ll explore the anatomy of a raglan pullover, and techniques including: increasing, picking up stitches, and finishing neatly—all while working at a comfortable pace that builds your confidence for larger sweater projects.You’ll also enjoy the instant gratification of working with a cozy super bulky-weight yarn!
You’ll leave with the skills to confidently continue your sweater at home, and if you’d like more support, you’re always welcome to join one of our Quick Help or Bring Your Own Project Knitting classes throughout the week!

The Frid Sweater is designed in a super bulky wool for a super quick knit with cozy texture. We recommend Wool and the Gang Crazy Sexy Wool or Malabrigo Rasta. For an easy care alternative we also suggest Encore Mega! You’ll need approximately 338–461 yards of super bulky yarn depending on your size
Needles:
13 US / 9 mm circulars, 16” / 41 cm around
15 US / 10 mm circulars, 24” / 61 cm around
19 US / 15 mm circulars, 24” / 61 cm around
19 US / 15 mm circulars, 32” / 80 cm around
Notions:
Jumbo stitch markers, a darning needle and a measuring tape
