About this Event
Vegan cheeses pop up everywhere now in great variety, types and flavours. The artisanal methods and fermentation skills yield amazing results… but for some are too complicated or time-consuming.
As proper aged vegan cheese classes are already offered in Berlin, we decided we’d tend to those folx who wants vegan cheese-like creations NOW. And with little effort, please ;)
In this class, you’ll learn to prepare five different cheesy recipes, using different products and preparation methods: queso dip, parmesan, feta, mozzarella, and labneh-style cheese. We’ll start with a little tasting, a bit of theory and move on to the practice. Each participant will take home their own-made samples and a handout with recipes and notes.
