About this Event
QUEERS AT THE TABLE LAUNCH x EAT OUT SUPPERCLUB
Take your seat at the table (or rather, your plate at the buffet) to celebrate the launch of Queers At The Table, an anthology of queer food and recipes edited by Dr Alex Ketchum and Megan J Elias. Eat Out Supperclub will be cooking recipes from the book alongside some of our own - it'll be a big ol' buffet spread (think heavy on finger foods) to give you a literal taste of queer food.
Another Story Bookshop will have copies of the book to purchase, the bar will be open all night for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and there will be plenty of time to gab with Alex, Megan, Sara, and Queers At The Table contributors.
Entry is free. Your ticket is to reserve your meal, which will be serve-yourself and buffet-style, unlimited while it lasts.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free friendly - for any other dietary restrictions, let us know and we will accommodate!
Pay it forward - donate towards helping fund a dinner ticket for those who want to come but are not able to pay the full price - if this is you, talk to us! Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
