OPENING

Info: We begin with a gentle opening circle and guided cross body movement meditation led by DJ Megi. This right and left brain balancing movement awakens the spine, gets energy flowing, settles the nervous system, and helps you arrive fully in your body.

No experience needed. Come as you are and ease into the dance.

🕑: 07:15 PM - 08:15 PM
DANCE WAVE

Info: The Five Rhythms are a movement meditation practice that moves through flowing staccato chaos lyrical and stillness Each rhythm reflects a different quality of energy emotion and expression in the body

Flowing is about grounding and circular movement
Staccato is about clear expression direction and boundaries
Chaos is release freedom and letting go of control
Lyrical is lightness creativity and effortless movement
Stillness is integration presence and rest

We will move through one full hour long wave guided by eclectic playful music that supports grounding, release, joy ,softness, and connection.

🕑: 08:30 PM
CLOSING CIRCLE

Info: COMMUNITY & INTEGRATION - We’ll gather together at the end of the dance to sit in the container we’ve created and gently land the journey. This is a time to share names, feel the collective energy, and connect as real humans in the room.

You’re welcome to speak or simply listen. This circle is about witnessing, belonging, and growing into community together—a soft, grounded return after the wave of movement.

This is where strangers begin to feel like community.
