Join Spectrum Queer Choir for a Queeraoke Extravanganza! This fundraiser event will be packed with an amazing karaoke competition, drag performances and an open stage for everyone to show off their karaoke skills!Our Queeraoke Extravaganza will showcase eight of our talented choir members in a bracket-style karaoke smack down for the crown! From campy queer anthems to passionate power ballads, you don’t want to miss the show we have in store for you. The night wouldn't be complete without incredible drag performances and an open stage after the competition where all of you can showcase your own karaoke favourites.
Spectrum Queer Choir is fundraising to attend the Unison Festival 2026, a national choral festival for 2SLGBTQIA+ choirs across Canada, happening in Vancouver in May 2026. The journey to Vancouver is far, and we need our community to help us fundraise so that every member of our choir who wants to attend, can, regardless of their financial needs.
Please note - Open stage participation will be by donation, so please bring cash and pay what you can – no donation is too small! A 50/50 raffle will be running the whole night. Join us at our Queeraoke Extravaganza, as we sing our hearts out to help Spectrum get to Vancouver and represent NL with pride!
