Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. Ideal for beginners of any age or physical condition or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class.

We are hosting our classes at Center For Yoga studio, it established in 1967, is the longest continuously operating yoga studio in Los Angeles.
