Queer Yoga for resistance and resilience
Come join us for this monthly series through The Bellingham Queer Collective! We will meet in the historic Hardware building downtown at 215 W holly street.
Most direct access is via the W. Holly street entrance through the alcove between Goat Mountain Pizza and The Foxhole Lounge. The studio is the 3rd door on the right before you reach the stairs.
An email will be sent out the day before the event for the front door code.
About Kendall:
Kendall Tetsworth is first and foremost a human being who believes deeply in the purpose and meaning found in connection and belonging. They have a deep dedication to the practice of compassion and accountability made possible through community healing. Kendall is a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, meditator, and trauma-conscious facilitator. Their approach is rooted in many years of practicing Zen Buddhism, Yin Yoga, and personal work in somatic therapy modalities including internal family systems, attachment theory and embodied healing.
The invitation to realize and remember our own innate capabilities of enough-ness is palpable and Kendall is known for cultivating spaces that encourage people to fall in love with themselves, and move from a place of awareness, kindness, and ease in the present moment.
