1 - 3:30pm Queer Story Workshop
An opportunity to workshop your film idea amongst like-minded storytellers. Led by filmmaker mentors, this is a series of guided individual and group exercises to help you develop your story concept. Attendees will get the most out of the workshop by coming with a film idea in mind. Suits film projects of all lengths and genres, and includes scripted and documentary.
Open to: all who identify as part of the queer, lgbtqia+, rainbow, takatāpui or two-spirit communities. No prior filmmaking experience necessary.
3:30 - 5pm MINGLE!
Come along to meet other filmmakers from the rainbow community over snacks and drinks. All screen industry members including actors and crew are welcome!
