Mile High Mindfulness is hosting a Queer Sound Bath at Rag + Bale Friday 6/30 7:00-9:00 pm.

This is a 60 minute event that will start with some gentle movement and breathwork followed by a sound bath. Tickets are $35.

Not sure what a sound bath is?

A sound bath, sometimes referred to as sound healing - is a sensory experience where you lay down and listen to the sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls along with some additional instruments. Sound healing is great for managing stress and quieting the mind.

After the sound bath there will be some time to transition back to the waking mind with a community tea social. Tea will be provided, bringing your own mug is encouraged.

There are mats and props at the studio if you don't have your own.

Purchasing tickets in advanced is suggested but not required.

Class Schedule:

6:50 pm: Doors Open

7:00 pm: Class Begins

15 min Breathwork & Meditation

45 min Sound Bath

8:00 pm: Class Ends, Tea Social Begins

9:00 pm: Doors Close
