Cinema Queer flyttar in hos Stockholms finaste skatepark för en kväll - mitt i city! I Hötorgets tunnelbanenedgång hittar du PUSH, en mötesplats där skate, musik och konst står i fokus. Dagen till ära kör de queerskate för alla Cinema Queers besökare och oroa dig inte du kan komma oavsett om du aldrig stått på en bräda innan. Under kvällen blir det också premiär för musikvideon If I had the Power av Michael och RFSL Newcomers. Om alla HBTQIA-flyktingar hade sin egen anthem… Hur skulle den låtit? Vad skulle den handla om? Kanske är If I Had The Power svaret, eller åtminstone ett försök. Låten kommer även att framföras live av Michael under kvällen!
Cinema Queer skate-bonanza avslutas med visningen av I Promise You Anarchy, en Mexikansk indiefavorit om två unga killar som finansierar sin kärlek till skate genom att sälja sitt eget blod… Missa inte denna favorit i repris som blivit en queerklassiker i hemlandet!

Queer skate at PUSH Stockholm!
PUSH Stockholm, the most inclusive skatepark in the city is hosting Cinema Queer for one night! You will find us in the middle of the city, just at the entrance of the metro Hötorget. PUSH is a meetingplace for skate, music and art and during the festival the space will be dedicated to queer skate. Never tried skate before? No need to worry - the PUSH instructors will help you out!
During the night we will also treat you to the music video premiere of If I had the Power by Michael and RFSL Newcomers. If all LGBTQIA refugees had their own anthem… What would it sound like? What would it be about? Maybe this is the answer, or at least an attempt! Michael will also perform live during the night.
The Cinema Queer skate bonanza will end the a screening of I Pormise you Anarchy, a indie favorite from Mexico about to young men who finance their love for skating by seliing their own blood… Don’t miss out on this blast from the past that has become a queer classic in its homecountry.
