Engage in one-on-one speed dating sessions with thought-provoking icebreaker questions, followed by mingling opportunities to deepen even more conversations at the fabulous Rhino Bar and Grill!

6:30 PM - 6:45 PM: Registration and Mingling
- Participants arrive, check-in, and receive a name tag along with a brief overview of the evening.
- A short period for casual mingling to help everyone ease into the event.
6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: Speed Dating Round 1
- Participants are seated
- Each round lasts for 7 minutes, allowing for quick one-on-one conversations.
- A bell or signal indicates when it's time to rotate to the next person.
7:30 PM - 7:45 PM: Break 1
- Short break for participants to grab refreshments, stretch their legs, and mingle.
7:45 PM - 8:20 PM: Speed Dating Round 2
- Participants rotate to new tables for the second round of 7-minute conversations.
8:20 PM - 9:00 PM: Follow-Up Conversations and Mingling
- Participants have the chance to reconnect with individuals they found particularly interesting during speed dating.
- Additional time for casual mingling
