This is why the Found Family Collective has partnered with Weapon Brand to provide this FREE intensive basic self-defense training for our community. COURSE TOPIC: Basic Self-Defense by Weapon Brand
Lecture and hands-on based training!
Our basic, combative self defense is the most easily retained, simple to learn, yet most effective personal defense taught. You will learn pre-contact cues, managing distance, defensive framing, defending from a punch, choke, grab or utilizing defensive striking. Abduction prevention is also included in this class
