The class starts at 14:30 and lasts for about an hour. It will be suitable for beginners.
Our lovely chef Alejandra and assistant Nora will prepare a vegan lunch for us all to eat after the yoga.
This event is going to cost 100kr, to cover the cost of the food and the wood used for the hot yoga.
