Join WE CREATE SPACE for a hike around
Bring a friend or come solo. This is time to enjoy friendly conversation, time with your own thoughts, and the sounds of nature.
Meeting Place & Time: 11:30 am in front of below the stairs under the fountains (north side)[see screenshot below] to take the train to Monistrol de Montserrat
Hike Start Time/Location: Bus Stop: [our only meeting point for this hike is in Barcelona]
Hike End Time/Location:
Total hiking time: +/- 3 H (excluding stops)
Terrain: Mostly easy trail with moderate difficulty at times. Beginners hikers welcome!
What to bring: Water, rain protection, a lunch + several snacks, good walking shoes (trainers are fine!). We will enjoy a picnic break all together while on the trail!
About the hike: Alberto (he/him)will lead us onto the trail following Tiana all the way to Can Devesa, via the Yellow Fever Cemetary, built after the last outbreak in Barcelona in 1870.
Considerations: There are no toilets along the trail.
Cuter Considerations: Placa Cataluna is the only meeting point. The ride back takes us from Can Devesa bus stop all the way to Badalona and then to Barcelona.
Please note we will do a portion of this trail.
