Join us at the ANUSA Boardroom on Wednesdays @ 5pm on odd weeks (1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11). Hear about our work, have a say in what we do, and get involved in our community. There will be free pizza for your efforts!
Our collective meetings are autonomous, which means that ANU students who identify as queer or questioning are welcome to attend.
A zoom link and agenda will be added to the event's discussion/feed closer to the date of the meeting.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us :)
Accessibility info: The ANUSA Boardroom is located on Level 2 of the Di Riddell Student Centre on University Avenue (directly above LAB ANU). It is accessible by stairs and lift. Please note that the doors to the ANUSA Boardroom cannot be opened by wheelchair users without assistance. The nearest parking is the Kambri Carpark, accessible from Joplin Lane, which has stairs and a lift up to the Marie Reay Teaching Centre. Alternatively, there is also parking a five minute walk away from the building, next to the Research School of Chemistry and Hancock Library, which is accessible from North Road and Sullivans Creek Road. The nearest public transport includes the ANU Rimmer St and ANU Barry Dr bus stops. The nearest bathrooms are accessible from the Brian Kenyon Student Space. They are gender-neutral and accessible.
The ANU Queer* Department acknowledges the Traditional Owners of this land which we will be meeting on, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We acknowledge that this land was stolen and sovereignty was never ceded.
