The Queensland Police Service (QPS) Recruiting Team invites current and recently serving police officers with experience in interstate jurisdictions to attend our recruiting information events in Melbourne.
Your policing experience could see you fast-tracked to the frontline through our 4-month Police Abridged Competency Education (PACE) program.
As a current or recently serving police officer, you may be eligible for higher pay from day one at the academy, plus $20,000 in relocation support.
This one-hour PACE seminar will cover eligibility, the application process and support incentives for experienced police.
Following the presentation, Recruiting staff will be available to answer individual questions.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
ALL people (including family & friends) wishing to attend a Police Recruiting Information Session, must:
- Register for the event on the QPS' Eventbrite page (separate attendees are required to use separate email addresses)
- Bring photo identification to gain entry to this event
- Bring a printed or electronic (email, Eventbrite App) copy confirming your registration to gain entry to this event
- Arrive 10 minutes prior to the event starting time.
