Queens Preventative Health Satellite Office: Colon Cancer Awareness Month

Join our office, the Cancer Services Program of Queens (CSPQ) and Thomas White Jr. Foundation, Inc. for Colon Cancer Awareness Month. The CSPQ provides no-cost breast, cervical, and colon cancer screening to uninsured, eligible Queens’ residents.

• If you're 45+, uninsured, and eligible for colon cancer screening: Collect your FitKit – a take-home test for colon cancer screening.
  
• If you're 40+ and uninsured: make an appointment for breast and/or cervical cancer screening.
