About this Event
These Classes are for clients expecting to have their baby at Queens Hospital or their home setting within our catchment area. If you are having your antenatal care with us then these classes are for you.
This class is a full day with many breaks in between teaching, allowing enough time for lunch. Please wear comfy clothes, bring a note pad and a pen. You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks with you (Please be aware of allergies so nothing that contains nuts)
We recommend you attend classes from 26 weeks of your pregnancy.
Please book 2 tickets if you’re bringing a partner.

Our class has been designed to be engaging and informative. They are full of up to date evidence based information to help you navigate your upcoming journey through pregnancy, birth and parenting. We want to help you gain the knowledge to help you make the right decisions for you and your baby and to be excited for the journey ahead!
You will find us: Ground floor. Education centre. This is behind the escalator, keep walking and turn left. If you can see the lifts in front of you then its on your left (next to security)
