This high energy in-person event will showcase the raw talent and creativity of local poets, as they compete for the coveted title of Queen Of The Pen.

Oh but there's a twist. In addition to poets sharing already prepared poems. For one of the two rounds . These word warriors will also be challenged to create a original poem on the spot from a list of prompts that we give. This will be a true test of their pen-womanship and leave no doubt that the winning poetess is indeed the Queen Of The Pen.
