Beginners - 40kg Axle Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses allowed.
Amateurs- 55kg Axle Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses Allowed.
Pros- 8 item Overhead Medley. Press in any order. 60kg Log, 75kg axle, 80kg Yoke, 50 Stone, 40 Monster Dumbbell, 42kg Circus DB, 55kg block, 60kg keg – 90 second time limit/

Event 2 – Axle Deadlift for Reps
Beginners- 100kg
Amateurs- 135kg
Pros – 155kg or 195kg
1 rep with 195 beats any with 155kg.
Suits allowed for Pros only.
Event 3
Throwing Bags over 3.8m
Beginners – 5/6/7/8
Amateurs – 6/7/8/9
Pros – Max Weight starting at 10kg. Last woman standing.

Event 4
Beginners- Farmers Run 10m+10m+10m with 60kg per hand.
Amateurs Farmers Run 10m+10m+10m with 75kg per Hand
Pro Farmers Run 10m+10m with 100kg per Hand.

Event 5
Beginners- Sandbag Load for Reps Head to Head, 60kg over 44".
Amateurs Sandbag Load for Reps Head to Head, 70kg over 44"
Pros. Sandbag Load Medley over 44" 70/85/100/110
