Welcome to the Queen of my Own Universe Vision Board Workshop. This is the first in a series of workshops I will be hosting during 2022. Other topics will include an introduction to Journalling, Mindfulness and Meditation for Busy Women, and much more!
In this Vision Board Workshop, you will get hands on and create your own beautiful vision board to take home with you. Never done a vision board before? That's OK - I will take you through it step by step, and it will come to you intuitively.
I will provide all materials including a canvas board, decorating items, glue, magazines and books for you to choose images from and a group of other beautiful ladies to meet. You just need to bring your creative self, at least 1 photo of yourself plus any other photos you would like to include (family, children , friends, etc).
This is a ladies only event, and as we are going to create a fun and quiet space for you to focus on yourself for just a little while, it would be great if you could find someone to mind the children. Babies are most welcome of course (as long as I can have a cuddle!)
Light Refreshments will be provided.
As the Venue is council run, we will need to follow their Covid-safe protocols. The room we will be in will allow for social distancing (capped at 12 participants), masks will need to be worn inside and participants will need to be fully vaccinated.
