Introducing:
๐ Queen Beeing โ A One-Day Yoga & Nature Retreat
From Chapel to Forest โ From Sacred to Soul โ From Holy to Whole
โธป
This retreat is not about throwing away your worker bee.
And itโs not about playing dress-up as a Queen.
Itโs about honouring both energies โ and recognising when each is healthy, and when it tips into exhaustion or distortion.
โจ The Queen Bee knows her nectar. She magnetises. She holds the hive without hustling. But when she over-controls or over-proves, she loses herself.
โจ The Worker Bee is rhythm and devotion. She gathers, gives, and weaves the hive together. But when she overworks or chases approval, she burns out.
Together, they create life.
Together, they keep the hive alive.
And so do we.
โธป
Weโll begin the day in the beautiful Barthkapel โ held by stillness, breath, and quiet grace. A space to soften into presence, intention, and reverence.
Rebecca will weave her angelic voice and singing bowls into this sacred space.
Then weโll move into the forest โ into body, voice, and wild nature. From holy to whole, from sacred to soul.
โธป
This is a retreat of integration:
๐ Structure & organic flow
๐ Spaciousness & sensation
๐ A rhythm that honours both being & becoming
โธป
This is for the woman who recognises herself in both bees:
๐ She gives and works hard, sometimes too hard โ and wants to remember her own rhythm again.
๐ She holds space for others โ and wants to take her rightful space, too.
๐ Sheโs ready to reset the scales and root into her own sovereignty.
Youโll leave feeling re-sourced, realigned, and rooted in your own royal realms.
