On October 10th, join plant-based chef and author Janay Laing for a delicious introduction to vegan Cuban food!
In this informative class, Janay will demonstrate how to prepare Pan con Bistec using plant-based steak, how to create a delicious dairy-free Creamy Garlic Sauce, and the secret to perfect arroz criollo and Cuban-style grilled onions.
Attendees will also get to try pastelitos in vegan Beef, Guava Cheese and Nutella flavors!
As always, the class includes an educational talk along with nutrition tips, product recommendations and more.
