Let's help our marine friends be free of litter by cleaning up the Port of Brisbane boat ramp! We'll do a 3 hour blitz along the river mouth, then record what we collected in the CSIRO Global Plastic Pollution Project. Part of the clean up will be conducting 3-6 surveys along the river to record litter patterns, so this is a fantastic way to gain data collection experience! Help us have an impact this September and drive toward local responses to stop litter at it's source.
Make sure to wear long pants, a long-sleeve shirt, a hat and enclosed shoes and please bring your gloves and a drink bottle.
