Strong hospitality is more than being “nice”. It’s about systems, culture, and consistency. This three-week series explores how customer experience shows up in food businesses of all sizes and how to build service practices that support both your guests and your team.
The Quarterly Drop-In Series is a free, three-week workshop series designed for food entrepreneurs, caterers, restaurateurs, farmers, and food brands who want to strengthen their operations and prepare for what’s next.
Each quarter focuses on one critical area of business growth ranging from hospitality and marketing to AI and profitability, delivered through drop-in sessions led by trusted industry experts.
All sessions are hybrid, so you can join us in person at Shed 5 Commons or online via Zoom.
What to Expect:
● Three consecutive Wednesday sessions per topic (come for one or all)
● Space for questions, peer learning, and honest conversation
● Dinner provided for in-person attendees
● Free and open to food businesses at all stages
