All Southland Aikido members who are ranked 5th kyu and above are encouraged to attend this all-day event. This intensive is designed as an all-day event with some emphasis on different and important elements of Aikido training; therefore, attendance for the full day is strongly encouraged. We will have a lunch break at around 12pm; please bring your own lunch and beverage.
