Quarter auctions are a great way to have fun while raising money for worthy causes.How does it work?
1. Purchase paddles for $1 each. A corresponding chip will be placed in a large bowl.
2. An item/basket will be held up and a description of the item will be given including the retail value.
3. If you are interested in that item, you will place a quarter in a bucket for each paddle that you choose to bid with.
4. A chip will be pulled out of the bowl, and the person with the matching paddle wins that item.
5. If that paddle did not bid, the person would say, "No bid," and a new number will be drawn until a winner is found.
*There will be approximately 60 items auctioned off throughout the night.
*There will also be split-the-pot and raffle baskets.
*Snacks and beverages available for purchase.
*Recurring vendors include: Thirty-One, Mary & Martha, Avon, Mary Kay, Scentsy, Super Patch, beaded pens and wine toppers, cake pucks, bows, handmade jewelry, cookies and more.
