It is called Quantum Light Breath Work.
Breath is our fundamental source of life and by using a guided meditative style of circular breathing, coupled with gentle movement, and soft emotional release, their work supports people in relaxing tension, healing anxiety, and stored trauma, and landing in a safe place of relaxed presence, vulnerability, and connection.
