Divisions:
Open- Any barrel longer than 20.5” no limit on magnification or mag capacity.
Practical- Barrel shorter than 20.5” with magazines limited to 20 round capacity.
General Purpose- Barrel shorter than 16.5”. Variable power optics with higher than 8.5x may be used with the provision that the lowest power available is 1.2x or below.
