How can you help support someone who is experiencing mental health conditions? How do you show you care? How can you potentially save a life?
On Tuesday, November 19, 11:00 – 12:30, FCUCC will be offering QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training to the congregation. The presentation will provide information about suicide risk factors and warning signs, how to have a difficult conversation about suicide, how to persuade the person to stay alive and how to refer the person to help.
