The steering committee is pleased to advise that the 27th Annual QP Forum will take place on Tuesday 13th May 2025.
The event will be hosted in the Edmund Burke Theatre, located in the Arts Building in Trinity College Dublin where we can welcome more than 300 in-person attendees.
The 2025 QP Forum meeting will continue its mission to inform and ‘future proof QPs’. The programme covers topics from day-to-day issues, deviation trending and human error to the use of drones and robotics in pharmaceutical manufacture.
We are also pleased to advise that HPRA colleagues will contribute to several sessions during the day.
In-Person attendees will be able to select their preferred discussion group when purchasing their ticket. Discussion groups cover a broad range of interest areas:
Parallel Discussion Groups led by industry experts:
1. Sustainability from a Regulatory and Quality Perspective
2. Releasing Challenging Products
3. Drones and Robotics in Pharma: Audit Trails and Compliance for Sterility Testing and Distribution
4. Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) / Clinical Supplies and QP release
5. QP Decision Making (for “new” and trainee QPs)
The attendance fee will remain at €250 and a certificate of attendance can be provided upon request after the event. For colleagues who are unable to attend in-person, online tickets (€25) will be available to purchase from mid- April. This will provide limited access to stream the Forum. The discussion groups will not be streamed.
