Join me this fall at the Hope Interfaith Center for a three-class series (come to just one or all three!) starting on Thursday, September 25 from 7:00-8:00 pm with the class theme: Wise.On Thursday, October 23 from 7:00-8:00 pm, we will dance with the theme: Wild and on November 20 with the theme: Free. In these hour-long movement classes, we will explore each theme and how it feels when we connect with these elements in our own body and come back to ourselves through movement. There is absolutely no way you can do it wrong, and the way you know you’re doing it right is that it feels right or true in to you.
Qoya Inspired Movement is an invitation to explore bringing awareness in and through the body through guided movement. This simple and nervous system nourishing embodiment practice weaves together different movements to welcome all aspects of ourselves, bringing mind, body, heart and soul into awareness. Qoya classes are a place to strengthen our inherent resilience, rest in our essence and remember we are wise, wild and free.
All are welcome and invited to join just one, two or all three classes at the Hope Interfaith Center at 114 Pohl Road in Mankato, MN.
Bring water to drink and an open heart!
