Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund. It will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. If the Event Organizer is offering a credit option, it will be visible within the Event Details of your order, which can be found in your Ticketmaster account. Please note, in accordance with the City of Denver there is no longer a negative test option for this show, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations: All fans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card. These regulations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed to entry to the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you.
