Here is some information for this year’s formal 😊
This formal is open to all students in grades 11 and 12 and for students in grade 10 that are graduating from formal education.
DATE: Friday, 14th November 2025
TIME: 5pm-11pm
VENUE: Stamford Plaza Brisbane
PRICE: $175
DEPOSIT: $75 (can’t be refunded past July)
Please pay the deposit to book your spot. Full payment must be made by the end of September.
The price includes a 2 course alternate drop meals, a 5 hour non-alcohol drink package, DJ for 5 hours, photographers and videographer for the evening, all photos and a video of the night.
Students can bring a friend/partner to the formal (they don’t need to be homeschoooled). The price is the same for them to attend.
Parents are welcome to attend the arrivals and the pre-dinner drink/family photo time where a bar will also be available for parents to purchase drinks. Parents are then asked to leave at 7pm and be back to collect their children at 11pm sharp.
Numbers are capped at 200 due to venue size.
Rooms can be booked at the venue for a discounted price with a code once it’s given to us.
We will do meet ups leading up to the event for students to get to know each other. More information to come. 😊
