
About this Event
Both strengthening and relaxing, qigong is a gentle movement practice similar to tai chi that was developed as a healing art. The often slow, circular movements benefit the joints, promote relaxation and wellbeing, and help relieve or prevent pain. It is mostly comprised of slow movements done while standing. No equipment or experience needed.
