There are three main elements of Qigong exercise that link and harmonize the body mind and spirit.
1. deep, breathing
2. slow and gentle movement
3. focussed attention
Qigong is a gentle form of exercise that is practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. It is based on the premise that the human body is an energy system.
Stephanie has her 200hr general yoga & is a Reiki Level Three practitioner. She is a certified health coach from the Instituite for Integrative Nutrition as well as has taken medical qigong teacher training and recently received her Goddess yoga teacher training!
Stephanie is passionate about learning & growing. She believes in the wellbeing of the human body encompassing the whole person mind, body & soul!
