QiGong (pronounced chee guhng or chee gong) is a gentle, flowing practice to improve one’s energy and vitality.What to wear: comfortable clothing you can move in. We will practice all standing and the DWC asks that no outdoor shoes be worn in the yoga room. If you’re barefoot, a yoga mat is helpful for traction.
