Qigong is a Chinese practice that involves gentle, flowing movements and meditation focused
on improving one’s vitality. Qigong is pronounced as “chee-gong” and roughly translates to “the
master of one’s energy”.
Class is donation based, to sign up online the donation is $13. To donate more or less, call to register or drop in to pay in person.
Instructor Michelle Huttes is certified in QiGong though Yoga Farm Ithica and 200RYT certified
with Yoga Alliance.
