Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements and breathwork, and is often referred to as a moving meditation, Qigong is designed to promote physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. The practice involves a series of gentle, mindful movements that are easy to learn and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Through regular practice, Qigong can help reduce stress, improve circulation, enhance strength & flexibility and encourage a deep sense of inner peace and connection.
Whether you're looking to compliment your yoga practice, or explore a new path to holistic health, Qigong offers a beautiful way to connect with your body and mind.
All you need to bring to the class is yourself! Comfort is the main priority with this practice, so wear clothes you're able to move around comfortably in.
No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome!
