Meditation is a key part of Qigong, along with gentle movement and healing sounds, supporting whole-body balance and wellness.This monthly 30-minute class (every 2nd Sunday) offers a chance to explore meditation through Qigong. Sometimes seated, sometimes standing—always accessible and nourishing.
