Take a moment for yourself. We are thrilled to announce our upcoming seminar meets Saturday, December 20th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Qigong is a simple and effective way to bring balance back into your life. It is a gentle practice that combines body movement, breathing, and meditation. People practice qigong to stay healthy, relax, reduce stress, and improve focus. It is well known for healing, personal growth, and martial arts training. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the session.
The workshop is open to individuals of every skill and experience level, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner. The cost for each seminar is $40, with a reduced rate of $35 for a second family member from the same household. A minimum number of participants is required for each seminar, so please pre-register if possible. However, walk-ins are always welcome.
