We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Qigong Meditation seminar, which will be held on Saturday, November 15th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Qigong is a simple and effective way to bring balance back into your life. It is a gentle practice that combines body movement, breathing, and meditation. It comes from Chinese medicine and philosophy and is meant to help balance your body’s Qi energy. People practice qigong to stay healthy, relax, reduce stress, and improve focus. It is well known for healing, personal growth, and martial arts training. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the session. Additionally, mark your calendars for the next scheduled seminar on December 20th.The workshop is open to individuals of every skill and experience level, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner. The cost for each seminar is $40, with a reduced rate of $35 for a second family member from the same household. A minimum number of participants is needed for each seminar, so please pre-register if possible. However, walk-ins are always welcome.
