Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a centuries-old Eastern traditional practice that combines slow, intentional movement, mindful breathing, and focused awareness to promote physical vitality and inner peace. Suitable for all levels and ages, this class is designed to gently increase flexibility, improve balance, and reduce stress.
