Strengthen your ability to identify and mine your vast inner resources for greater peace and resilience. 6 weekly sessions will build on each other with a mix of psychoeducation around trauma's impact on the body and the amazing practices that can resolve the impact of distressing memories on your experience of yourself and how you move within the world.
Thursdays from 6pm-7pm, July 11-August 22 (no class August 15th).
$15 per session.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a notebook if you wish, and get prepared to dive inside safely!
