About this Event
✨ Qigong for All is a gentle, accessible movement practice that supports balance, vitality, and ease in both body and mind.
These classes draw on Taoist Qigong principles and a range of forms gathered through many years of practice. Movements are flowing, intuitive, and adaptable, with an emphasis on breath, awareness, and internal energy rather than performance or fitness.
The sessions are beginner-friendly and open to all bodies and levels of experience. You’re invited to move at your own pace, within your own range of ease, and to rest whenever needed.

✨ What to Expect
We begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by a combination of static and moving forms such as Vertical Alignment, Showering Qi, Flying Phoenix, and Lotus Rises Through the Water, alongside meditative breathing and relaxation techniques.
Each session is slightly different, drawing from a rich “Qigong toolkit” and responding to the energy of the group and the day.

Payments can be made in advance or after class (cash or bank transfer).
A simple QR code will be available for ease.

Classes are taught by Evi Tsiligaridou, a Qigong practitioner with almost 20 years of experience.
Her teaching style is inclusive, grounded, and gently poetic, supporting presence, resilience, and embodied awareness.
