Three Qigong sessions for only £14. That is less than £5 a session - the normal price is £8 a session.
Qigong is a simple, flowing movement practice that helps you feel calmer, more energised, and more connected to your body.
It’s like meditation you can move with — easy to learn, gentle on the body, and suitable for every age and fitness level.
