Wednesday 26th March – Wednesday 9th April, 7 – 8.30pm, £40 or £14.50 per sessionJoin us for a unique wellness session combining gentle Tai Chi Qigong movement and flow, meditation, grounding and light work visualisation techniques.
Each week we will flow through the Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi – a gentle practice to restore calm and build power and protection in the body. Combined with grounding, visualisation and guided meditation practice, this class will help you to regulate and restore your nervous system, balance body and mind, as well as strengthening your meditation practice.
Sessions are non-sequential and can be booked and attended individually.

This course will meet on Wednesdays at 7pm – 8.30pm each week for three weeks and is suitable for total beginners and those continuing their learning.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Comfy flat shoes are optional, so you may wish to wear thick socks.
